Before placing your order, here’s everything you need to know about our refund and replacement policy.

No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds. All purchases are final. We also don’t offer exchanges unless there’s an issue with the product itself.

To help you shop with confidence, we share multiple real photos and videos of each piece on our website and Instagram, so please review them carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Product Warranty

We stand by the quality of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a 30-day warranty on all items.
If your piece breaks or shows discoloration within 30 days of delivery, we’ll happily replace it for you.

After the 30-day period, we won’t be able to offer replacements, we appreciate your understanding.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

While we take great care in packing every order, issues can occasionally happen.

If you receive:

  • A broken or defective item

  • A tarnished piece due to manufacturing or shipping

  • A missing item from your order

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it.

How to Request a Replacement

Just email us with:

  • Order number in the subject line

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item.
If that design is unavailable, we’ll offer you an alternative piece of equal value.

What’s Not Covered

Our policy doesn’t cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Exposure to chemicals or water

  • Normal wear and tear over time
